How old do I need to be to rent?
The minimum driver age is 18. You must also meet the driver verification, insurance, payment, and rental agreement requirements.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
Bring your valid physical driver's license and an accepted payment method. Required driver verification, insurance verification, and the rental agreement must be completed before pickup. Contact us before booking if you have questions about your documents.
How do I browse and book a specific vehicle?
Click View Our Fleet, choose a vehicle type, then click Select & Book on the vehicle you want. Its iFleet booking form opens below. Enter your dates to check availability and continue with that vehicle.
How do I check availability for my dates?
Open the booking form, choose your pickup/drop-off location, and enter your pickup and return dates and times. Click View vehicles to see the available results, then filter by vehicle type. A fleet listing alone does not confirm availability for your dates.
Do you offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals?
Yes. We offer short-term and long-term rentals, including daily, weekly, and monthly options, subject to availability. Enter your full rental dates to review the price for your stay. Contact us for help with an extended rental.
Do you deliver vehicles to IAH airport?
Yes. All bookable vehicles can be delivered to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Select IAH under Pickup & Drop-Off Location in the booking form. Confirm the meeting point and handoff arrangements with our team before arrival.
How do I book for IAH airport delivery?
Click Check IAH Availability in the airport section, select George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) inside the booking form, and enter your dates. Choose a vehicle from the available results and continue booking. Review the total for any location fee before payment.

What is included in the displayed daily rate?
The fleet cards show the listed base daily rate. Taxes, protection or coverage charges, a security deposit, and any applicable location fees may be separate. Your selected dates and booking details determine the final checkout total.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit is required as shown for your selected vehicle in iFleet. Review the amount and the rental agreement before payment. The required deposit must be paid or authorized before vehicle release.
When will my security deposit be returned?
Deposit release or refund depends on the completed return inspection and any outstanding charges under your rental agreement. Bank processing times can vary. Contact our team for the status of your deposit; we do not promise a fixed refund date here.
Can I use my own insurance?
Yes. Upload a photo or PDF of your policy in iFleet’s Protection step. Our team must confirm that qualifying coverage applies to the rental before pickup. An uploaded document alone does not confirm coverage.
What if I need help with insurance?
Choose one of three paths: upload your own qualifying insurance in iFleet’s Protection step, buy through Bonzah in that same step, or select Contact The Favis above for help. Bonzah offers RCLI + CDW and RCLI + CDW + SLI; eligibility, limits, and exclusions apply. An assistance request is not a confirmed booking, and coverage must be confirmed before pickup.
Is online payment enough to collect the vehicle?
Payment alone does not authorize vehicle release. Complete the required driver and insurance verification, sign the rental agreement, and meet any deposit or other pickup requirements. Confirm your reservation and handoff details with our team.
Can I extend my rental?
Request an extension before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability, approval, additional payment, and any required coverage update. Keep your original return time unless the extension is confirmed.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Contact our team with your reservation details as soon as possible. Changes, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms of your booking and rental agreement. Do not assume a cancellation or refund is complete until you receive confirmation.
What mileage and fuel rules apply?
Review the selected vehicle’s booking details and rental agreement for the mileage allowance, any excess-mileage charge, and the required return fuel level. Ask our team before departure if any part is unclear.
